When do I get my retake?

For applicable exams order with eligibility for a retake, the retake can only be issued if/when the first attempt has been graded as a No Pass.

Exams are graded about 24 hours from the time an exam is completed, and when the grading is complete, a score report will be emailed to you.

If the score is below passing, you will be allowed to claim a retake from the portal.
