How do I claim my free retake?

If you received a score report indicating you have eligibilty for a retake, follow these steps to claim the retake:

1. log in to the portal (trainingportal.linuxfoundation.org)
2. click Resume for the certification exam to load the Exam Checklist
3. go to the Results section
4. click the Claim Retake button

When you use the Claim Retake button, it will load the Exam Checklist for your retake and you can then follow the steps in the new checklist to schedule a date for your free retake.

Be sure to use the Claim Retake button no later than the expiration date posted and. be sure to schedule a date for the retake falling on or before the expiration.
