How do I cancel a THRIVE-ONE subscription?

Log in to the training portal, click on your LF account name in upper right corner and select Account. Click on Subscriptions, then click Manage Subscription, and click on the cancel option. Follow the prompts to complete the cancelation. Once completed, a popup message will confirm the date on which your access will expire.

Cancelations take effect for the next scheduled renewal date of your subscription term. To avoid being charged for the next scheduled renewal date, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date.
