If you or your users have been having difficulty with a Zoom Webinar that you created, please file a ticket under (fill this here):

The ticket will ask you to provide additional information:

  • What is your Zoom Account Email used to create the Webinar
  • What is an identifier used to register for the webinar (such as your SSO ID or email address)
  • What is the Zoom Meeting ID
  • What is the LF Zoom URL you promoted
  • What is the name of the Zoom Webinar
  • What is the link to the SFDC Campaign (include option, No SFDC Campaign was created)
  • What is the Project this is for

If you are trying to attend a Webinar, you may not have all of the information above.  The more information you provide, the faster we can triage it.
