Linux Support
The Linux Foundation is a nonprofit consortium dedicated to fostering the growth of Linux. We do not distribute or provide support for Linux, or the many commercial products that have Linux integrated.
Linux for servers or desktops is typically installed from one of the many “Linux distributions”, which are created by different groups and companies, some of whom sell support contracts.
You may also be using a free distribution (e.g. CentOS, OpenSUSE, Ubuntu), which means you'd need to find support by going to a community forum, or a forum for your distribution, to get help from other Linux users.
Please try the following sites for general Linux help:
- https://superuser.com/ - for computer enthusiasts and power users
- https://serverfault.com/ - for systems administrators
- https://askubuntu.com/ - for users of Ubuntu Linux
