Are existing meetings converted to v2?
All meetings were converted to v2 meetings (new invites and calendar updates were sent out).
Can v2 meeting links be shared?
Yes, v2 meeting links are not specific to the user. (users will not be able to join a restricted meeting unless they are invited to the meeting)
Can I use my old meeting link (v1) to join an existing meeting?
No, all meetings will have a new join link that was emailed out to all users when v2 went live (calendars should have updated with new links).
Do I need a Linux Foundation account to join a meeting?
No. If it is a public meeting, anyone can join using the guest option (putting in a name is required). If it is a restricted meeting, the user can join as a guest but they must put in an email address that matches the invitation.
Can users join the meeting early?
The meeting will become available to join 10 minutes before scheduled start time.
