All LFX Meetings participants now use the same meeting join link that contain the same meeting ID and the same password. Unless the meeting is set to 'Restricted', you may share your meeting link with anyone, and they will be asked to join with their LF account or as a guest.
A shortcut is available in the PCC to view the meeting link as well.
1. Sign into the PCC with the following link: https://projectadmin.lfx.linuxfoundation.org/

3. On the left menu, under IT Services, click on Meeting Management:
4. Find the already scheduled meeting, click on the 3 vertical dots and select Share Meeting:
5By default, the page land on the Meetings calendar
4. Select the 3 dots option for the public meeting.
5. Select Share Meeting option:
6. You will get a popup where you can copy the link to the meeting:

. User your email account to send the link to your invitees.7. Sharing the URL, users can join the meeting as guests:
