2. Search for your project:

3. On the left menu, under IT Services, click on Meeting Management:

4. Find the already scheduled meeting, click on the 3 vertical dots and select Share Meeting:

5By default, the page land on the Meetings calendar

4. Select the 3 dots option for the public meeting.

5. Select Share Meeting option:

6. You will get a popup where you can copy the link to the meeting:

6. User your email account to send the link to your invitees.
