We cannot currently delete accounts, only disable them. You should remove any email or social media account you would like to reuse on another account before requesting your account disabled.

I can’t add a social media account (Github, Google, Facebook, OpenStack) to my SSO.

You can only use an email or social media account on one SSO at a time. If you have an existing SSO account, you may need to first remove those other identity providers (IdP) from that existing SSO account if you want to create a new one.

You could also have an issue with your browser cache and cookies.  To clear them use the following link: https://identity.linuxfoundation.org/user/clear-provider-data and try again.

I can't remove my social media account from my SSO Account.

You likely created your SSO through that social media account. You’ll need to add another additional social media account to your SSO before you can try to remove the original one.

My SSO asks me to create a new password at every login.

You might be trying to login with your email address instead of your username. When you go through the reset password procedure at https://identity.linuxfoundation.org/user/password, an email is sent to you with a link to reset your password. That email should be addressed to your username, so whatever is listed at the top of the email message would be your username. Please try logging in with your username instead and see if that clears up the issues you're experiencing.

How can I change which SSO I am logged into?
