Host Keys are available 1 hour before a meeting starts. If an admin is looking for the meeting host key.

Getting the Host Key directly from PCC

  1. Sign In into the PCC at https://projectadmin.lfx.linuxfoundation.org/
  2. Search for the Project
  3. By default the page lands on the Meeting Calendar.
  4. Select 3 dots option for the meeting.
  5. Select Host Key option:
  6. A small window will pop-up with the meeting host key:

Getting the meeting Host Key from Individual Dashboard

  1. Log in to your profile https://openprofile.dev/
  2. Navigate to the meetings section from the left side panel
  3. Click on the upcoming meeting 
  4. A popup with the meetings details will have a Host Key section with the code

Assigning invited participants the Host Key prior to the meeting

You can assign individual users within the meeting to automatically receive the host key with their meeting invite. 

While creating or editing a meeting in the PCC, you can check the box for the corresponding user to receive the key. (make sure you save if you are editing the meeting)

The user will get the host key in their meeting invitation.
