Email Forwarding
A project can set up forwarding if they have a primary domain selected in Domains. This will create a forwarding service only, it is not a mailbox service.
The PCC will check for existing MX records on the domain before creating the forwarding. If existing records are found, the user will be presented with an error message:
The user can check with the project to see if they're using an existing mail service for the domain. If the project is not using any mailing service, they can open a ticket to request the support team remove the old, no longer needed MX records.
