Step 2: If Linux Foundation is going to manage the DNS

    1. Please import the Zone File, the zone file can be obtained by the original/current domain owner. Every registrar is different, if the original/current owner does not know where to get the zone file - they can reach out to their registrar's support to get that info.
    2. Once you obtain the file, you can upload it via the Import DNS zone file feature
      1. If the current domain does not have an active zone file, skip to step e
    3. After uploading the Zone File, you will be given this page. In order to proceed with the domain transfer, you would need to verify that the zone file is correct.
      1. If any record is missing from PCC - this will cause some issues after the transfer.
    4. Next you would need to copy the following NS records above and pass that information to the current domain owner to change on their end. If the current owner does not know how to change their domain NS, they can reach out to their registrar's support team for assistance.
    5. Once the current owner has made the changes to the NS records, it may take up to 24 hours to sync globally. You can then click Verify NS Delegation
