How do I change my name in my profile?

You can change your name in your Individual Dashboard and "Edit My Information".

Where is my badge?

Within 2 days of your Pass score report being sent, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to claim your digital badge at our partner Acclaim’s website.  

If it has been more than 2 days since you received your Pass notification and you still have not received the email from Acclaim, please be sure to check your spam folder and then contact our training team.

I need to change/remove my credit card from my profile.

Please open a ticket with our training support team.

I need an invoice or receipt for my purchase.

An invoice is a request for payment, whereas a receipt is a document provided post-purchase that confirms payment has been made.  The details of your purchase can be found in the Training Portal.

When you complete an online purchase with credit card through our website, then a receipt will be made available to you that indicates the payment that was made for the product purchased.  An invoice is NOT applicable in a situation where the payment has already been completed.
