If the project and formation team decide to use a 'custom' CLA, meaning a CLA that does not use the standard template preloaded into the PCC, then the project and formation team must provide the completed complete and FINAL ICLA and/or CCLA in PDF format to the support team to manually load. Any questions about what should go into the CLA document should be directed to the formation team. The support team will review the documents for any irregularities, but the support team will not make any changes to the documents themselves.
